We carry only top quality, fresh products that we guarantee will perform as they are described. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unopened item(s) within 60 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges. Personalized items cannot be returned but we do guarantee they will arrive as ordered and perform as described. Please contact Customer Service within 60 days of the order date if you experience any issues and we will make it right!
Items must be returned unopened and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. We will cover return shipping charges if there was an error on our part which caused you to receive incorrect items that were not part of your original order.
Claims for damaged items must be received within 7 days of receipt. Item(s) will either be replaced or a prorated refund will be issued for affected items. This decision remains that of Customer Service. Please note shipping damages with delivery driver, if possible. Do not dispose of packaging materials as they are needed to submit a damage claim to shipping carrier.
Please contact Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Any items returned without a valid RMA # will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and/or may be refused and returned to customer.
