Shipping & Delivery
Standard, Expedited and Rush shipping options are available to most locations. During checkout, you will be presented with all available shipping options to your location with an Estimated Delivery Date for each.
The Estimated Delivery Date that is provided while generally accurate, is NOT guaranteed. There are many factors beyond our control that can affect delivery time including customs clearance, bad weather, courier strikes, etc. The only exception to this is with Rush shipping (within US) which does offer a service guarantee by the courier.
In the event your order shipping to a US address with paid Rush shipping does not arrive by the end of day on the Estimated Delivery Date, we will refund the paid Rush shipping charges on your order. This only applies if no delivery attempt was made by the courier. If a delivery attempt was made by the end of day on Estimated Delivery Date but was not successful due to any reason including but not limited to, incorrect delivery address provided, package rerouted by customer, signature required but no-one is available, then service guarantee is not available and Rush shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We ship worldwide to most International destinations! Please remember, any taxes, fees and/or duties due on International shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged directly by courier. All shipments will be marked as merchandise with the appropriate purchase price listed as value.
